Every Specialized Service follows the same three-stage arc. The difference between services is what lives inside the arc, not how it starts or sustains.

Stage one

Assessment

Fixed-fee diagnostic. We evaluate the current state, define the gap, and return a scoped recommendation with measurable outcomes and a delivery cadence.

Stage two

Implementation

We stand up the service. Systems configured, documentation built, handoff protocols written, named practitioner introduced to your team. Paid as a defined project.

Stage three

Ongoing Support

Monthly or quarterly subscription. Named practitioner, measurable outputs, executive reporting cadence. Continues as long as the capability is needed, ends when the agency owns it.

Some services stop at Stage two when the work is project-shaped. Most continue into Stage three.
