Sentinel exists because the agencies doing the hardest work in public safety, government, and mission-critical technology deserved a partner on their side of the table. We are that partner, independent, engineered for the work, and measured against a standard of our own design.
Public safety operations and mission-critical technology experience across our founders and advisory bench.
Our methodology reached full expression on one of the largest law enforcement technology ecosystems in the country.
No referral fees. No resale margin. No vendor commissions. Loyalty is structural.
Sentinel Solutions Group was founded by practitioners who came up inside the work they now consult on. We have answered 911 calls, run regional communications centers, instructed active shooter courses for dispatchers, and engineered the public safety software the nation's largest police, fire, and EMS organizations run every day. When we left those roles, it was not to get further from the mission, it was to make sure the agencies doing it had a partner on their side of the table.
Every consultant claims independence. We built the firm on it. Sentinel earns no referral fees, holds no vendor resale agreements, and carries no incentive to recommend anything but what serves the agency we work for. We sit next to chiefs, sheriffs, 911 directors, emergency managers, and IT leaders on the hardest procurement and modernization decisions of their careers, and we stay through the years of execution and recovery that follow. The people inside the badge deserve that. The public they protect deserves it more.
OUR MISSION
To stand alongside public safety, government, and mission-critical agencies as an independent, vendor-neutral partner, advising, governing, and operating the technology programs that protect our communities.
OUR VISION
A public made safer by agencies equipped with technology they trust, delivered by partners they can hold accountable.
The Sentinel Standard of Excellence is how we engage, how we think, and how we deliver. It is not marketing copy, it is the posture we take into every vendor meeting, procurement, EOC activation, and late-night escalation.
Vendor neutrality as a contractual posture, not a claim.
Built by people who have done the job.
Battle-tested on the hardest programs in public safety.
We do not hand you a report and leave.
Cutting-edge. Never bleeding-edge.
Both founders came up in rural America. Both spent careers serving agencies of every size, from two-person dispatch centers to LAPD-scale operations. Both lead every engagement Sentinel delivers.
