Procurement & Engagement

How agencies put us to work.

We built Sentinel to be easy to retain and impossible to compromise. Independent, vendor-neutral, and available through the procurement paths your agency already uses.

Where Our Loyalty Runs

We hold no platform. We take no commission. That changes how we can be hired.

Most firms in this space carry reseller margin, referral fees, or a product line they are quietly steering you toward. We carry none of it. We do not sell platforms and we do not take a cut of anyone who does. Our only revenue is the advisory and managed work we do for the agency.

That independence is not just an ethical position. It is a procurement advantage. When the firm advising you has no financial stake in the outcome, sole-source and direct-engagement justifications get simpler, and the record gets cleaner. There is nothing to disclose because there is nothing to hide.

Engagement Paths

Four ways to retain Sentinel today.

Path 01

Direct professional-services agreement

The simplest path. A direct contract for advisory or managed services, scoped to your need, on your terms. Most of our engagements start here.

Path 02

Sole-source justification

When your need calls for a specific, independent, practitioner-led firm with no vendor conflict, our positioning often supports a defensible sole-source justification. We help you document the rationale so it holds up under review.

Path 03

Cooperative and piggyback purchasing

Where a cooperative contract vehicle is available and legally appropriate to your jurisdiction, we work within it to shorten your path to a signed engagement. We help you identify whether a compliant vehicle applies.

Path 04

Retained advisory

For agencies that want us on call rather than on a single project, a retained advisory relationship keeps an independent partner available across the year. Governance does not run on a project calendar.

Federal Contracting

We are building our federal contracting infrastructure deliberately.

Federal and government-wide contract vehicles matter, and we are pursuing them the right way, in the right order. Our founders carry decades of verifiable program experience on some of the largest public safety technology deployments in the country, and that experience is the foundation of how we are establishing Sentinel in the federal marketplace.

We will name specific contract vehicles here as they are in place, not before. We do not list credentials we have not earned. That discipline is the same reason agencies can trust everything else we put in front of them.

If your agency needs to understand how to engage us for federally funded work, contact us directly and we will walk you through the current options.

Tell us how your agency buys. We will meet you there.

Where Public Safety Is Going

The hard part was never buying the system. It is governing it, defending it to the public, and proving it worked.
